2009 Stress in America Press Kit

The American Psychological Association’s 2009 national Stress in America survey reveals what Americans are stressed about, what they are doing to manage that stress, and how stress is affecting their health.  For the first time this year, APA also surveyed children, tweens, and teens to find out about their stressors. Read the reports below to learn more.

To schedule an interview with our stress and mind/body health experts, please call Kate Kelley at (202) 336-5898 or Juanita Panlener, Vanguard Communications, (202) 331-4323.
